1. Competition is open to all audiobooks published in English.

2. All audiobooks are welcome – we accept all genres and all authors and narrators. We also include a special category to celebrate authentic Anglo-Saxon and Celtic voices.

3. You may submit your entry in any standard digital audio format, including MP3, WAV, or M4B, or by providing a secure download or streaming link (for example, from your distributor, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).

4. If your audiobook is on ACX or a similar platform, you are welcome to send a UK promo code instead, together with your payment details.

5. If your audiobook is available on Audible, please do not submit a retail Audible link on its own, as this does not provide judge access. Instead, include either a UK Audible promo code or a secure download link to your audio files.

6. Audiobooks will be judged on the first three chapters and/or the first 30 minutes.

7. Pay the £25 competition entry fee via PayPal.

8. Forward your PayPal receipt by email to sally@flashfiction500.com
   , and include the ACX promo code for the United Kingdom (if applicable).

9. Please include AUDIO BOOK, the title, and the author’s name in the subject line of your email.

10. In the body of the email, include:
    a. Your name
    b. Title of your audiobook
    c. Contact details, including your phone number
